Rental of Townhouses: BOOK NOW Occupancy up to 3 adults or family (parents, 3 children) Extra adults or teens, are at standard rates of $35, extra children 4 to 13, $20 Midweek, ex school & public holidays, $120 per night Midweek special 4 nights, Monday to Thursday, $435 per couple Weekends, ex school holidays, $150 per night 7 nights, ex school holidays, $710 School & Public Holidays, $190 per night School Holiday Special, 5 days, 4 nights, *$750, Additional nights, $180, 7th night free! Group Discount for 20 or more, $40* per person / night. Groups with numbers greater than townhouse accommodation can negotiate rates for a limited number of campers. BOOK NOW (Conference Centre rental rates not included in this offer) Rental of Conference Centre: Exclusive use of premises for conferences etc., $250 per day Hire of kitchen & dining facilities for group catering, by arrangement Catering can be arranged for groups and functions.

50% Deposit will confirm a booking with balance payable on arrival.

December and January School Holiday bookings are payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa credit cards are gladly accepted.

In the case of cancellation, full refund if notified 30 days prior to arrival will be made. If notification is less than 30 days, the refund will only be made if we are able to re-let the townhouse(s).

Normal check-in time is 1pm, and departure time is 10am. For weekend bookings, departure is midday on Sunday. Later departures by arrangement.

Guests are requested not to smoke inside the townhouses or in the clubhouse.
