Midweek, excluding school & public holidays, $145 per night
Midweek special 4 nights, Monday to Thursday, $490 per couple
Weekends, ex school holidays, $175 per night (Fri, Sat, Sun)
7 nights, ex school holidays, $870
School and Public Holidays, and Long Weekends, $200 per night
School Holiday Special, 5 days, 4 nights, $790, with additional nights, $190, 7th night free!
Group Discount for 20 or more adults or late teens, ex school holidays, $50 pp/night, ex school holidays
Group Discount for 20 or more adults or late teens, school holidays or public holiday long weekends, $50pp/n.
For Group bookings, if adults are accompanied by children, then $20 per child per night (4 - 13 years). Groups with numbers greater than our townhouses can hold make arrangements for the extra people to be accommodated at nearby bed and breakfast establishments. Please note: Day visitors to guests in townhouses are charged $10pp/d for the use of our amenities. The manager must be notified how many visitors are expected and the duration of their stay.

Rental of Conference Centre

Exclusive use of premises for conferences etc., $250 per day
Hire of kitchen & dining facilities for group catering, by arrangement (Basic rate $50/day). Catering can be arranged for groups and functions.
Non-residential conferences hiring the Centre @ $250 per day are charged an extra $10pp/d for all participants if the booking does not involve our catering for Teas and Lunches.
Day visitors attending the residential conferences are charged $10 pp/d.

Rental of the Yoga Shed

For use by groups with booked townhouse accommodation, $100 pp/d. For extra people attending the Yoga Shed sessions but not staying overnight, a $10 pp/d fee applies.
For residential groups occupying 2 or more townhouses, whose booking includes Conference Centre hire @ $250 for their activities, the Yoga Shed use if free
For non-residential groups (or bookings involving only 1 or 2 townhouses), $250.

Catering can be arranged for groups and functions.

Please read carefully

	50% Deposit will confirm a booking with balance payable on arrival.
	December and January School Holiday bookings are payable 30 days prior to arrival.
	Major Credit cards are gladly accepted.
	In the case of cancellation, full refund if notified 30 days prior to arrival will be made. If notification is less than 30 days, the refund will only be made if we are able to re-let the townhouse(s).

Normal check-in time is 1pm, and departure time is 10am or by arrangement. For weekend bookings, departure is midday on Sunday. Later departures by arrangement.

Guests are requested not to smoke inside the townhouses or in the clubhouse.
